Isabelle joined the UN1T project to balance her nutrition and exercise, specifically maintaining a healthy schedule that she could implement all week long, having previously found the weekends challenging.

She previously tried other programs with other providers and found UN1T’s approach to be totally unique and effective. We educate members on nutrition like no other fitness program. Our scheduling and guidance have helped Isabelle track what she’s eating and how she’s training.
